“Respect Lives Here” Online Series Hub

You are invited to pave a new way forward for your organization’s work culture and systems. Elgin County, under the leadership of your CAO, Julie Gonyou, is spearheading a 4-part facilitated online series. See what Julie has to say:
The purpose of this series is to provide:
- Group experiential learning and skills development and solidify standard of expectations
- Clarity on the changes required in key policies/procedures to support workplace culture commitments
- Distributed accountability to new approach to proactive systems that require unified understanding and application
- Tools provided that can immediately be implemented to respective teams
As part of this experience there will be a callout for volunteers to be part of reimagining your policy and procedure related to respect, incivility, harassment and discrimination.
We look forward to bringing together your experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to help create and maintain a culture of respect.
