Conflicts arise when individuals lack the knowledge, tools and real-time responses to nip questionable behaviour in the bud. All too often, there are serious barriers to people coming forward. Complaints that could have been resolved in the moment fester and escalate into full-blown external investigations.  I help organizations recover from investigations and reposition themselves in a sustainable way.  Even better, where there’s been no investigation, but an organization acknowledges their workplace environment is not living up to their mission and vision.  We hit the ground running, seal up gaps and launch initiatives that are truly impactful.
